Rollerskating Birthday Card

It must be the month of June...my kids have received so many birthday invitations.  My daughter is going to a rollerskating party and I thought it would be a great opportunity to used this La La Land Marci stamp.

Blue and Green Birthday

My daughter is going to a sleep over birthday party on the weekend and she wanted a card.  She is very particular when it comes to which image should be on a card and she usually leans towards the La-La Land Marci.

Easel Birthday with my Daughter

My daughter is going to a birthday party tomorrow and she is always interested in picking out the supplies for a card.  She loved the card I made the other day for the ScorPalPals mingle and wanted to make the same design for her friend.  So, I cut out the papers and she distressed the edges.  We had a lot of fun!!

Double Z-Fold Birthday Card

Over at ScorPalPals, we have a challenge going on that is to make Z-Fold cards.  While I was looking for instructions for the Z-Fold card, I came across instructions for a Double Z-Fold card.  I'm not really sure that it's a z-fold, reminds me more of a double gate fold.  But, I made it anyways, I really enjoyed making this card.  My daughter picked out the Marci with Rose stamp as the card is for her friend.

My Nephew Turns 1

I have decided that making cards for my immediate family is tough.  I know that they love the cards they get, but I want the card to be extra special.  With that in mind it took me forever to come up with a card for my nephew.  First, I couldn't believe that a year had gone by and second, I couldn't decide on what paper to use.  In the end this is what I came up with.

Paper Pierced Dress

My daughter needed a birthday card for her friend and she really wanted to pick the "girl" that was used for the card.  I think she picked a great "girl" for this card.  I also wanted to paper pierce the dress for this card.  With more input from my daughter we decided to fun flock the top.  I am really pleased with the end result on this card...even with all the extra help.

CMC Challenge - White

I finally found a minute...well maybe a bit more...to do the current challenge over at Colour Me Creative.  The challenge this time around was to use the inspiration photo and make a card that was mostly white.  I found this a little bit difficult.  I have seen so many amazing projects done this way and I really wanted to give it a try.  For this card, I'm also using Fancy Marci from La-La Land Crafts, this is the first time colouring one of their great stamps.  So, thanks for looking!!!

I sure hope you can see the glitter on the top of her dress and the trim.
