Advent Day 15

I wanted to try out a new card type and so I went with the Diamond Fold Card.  Once I figured it out it was super easy to make.

Advent Day 13

Super simple card for today's supplies.  The snowflakes were in the box today.  It's hard to see that they have glitter on them.

Advent Day 12

In the Day 12 box it had 5 colored bells and some shiny ribbon.  Here is what I came up with .

Advent Day 11

For the day 11 box of the Advent calendar, it had a bunch of different blue papers.  It also had some decorative accents (some white, blue abd green).  I am really happy with the first card, nice and simple.  And I was tired of Christmas cards so I made one birthday card.

Thank You card

I needed a card for my daughter's dance teach and I didn't have much time.  But I absolutely love how this one turned out.

I loved the card so much that I made two more!!

Advent Calendar Day 9

I am so very pleased with how this card turned out.

Advent Calendar Day 8

This is a simple little card.  The sparkly snowflakes are foam (from kids crafts) and then the tiny snowflakes are from a Martha Stewart border punch.

Advent Calendar Day 7

The cards from the supplies for Day 7 didn't turn out at all like I thought they would.  I am really pleased with the first card...even though the only supplies I used was the ribbon and a tiny piece of the pink paper.  The second card, again only a tiny bit of the paper.  I do really like the clear ornament for this one...I might try making that again.

Advent Calendar Day 6

Here is the card I made with the Day 6 supplies.  This card did not turn out at all like I had planned.  But I'm really pleased with the results.

Advent Calendar Day 2

Here is the card I made with the supplies that were in the Day 2 box of the advent calendar.  I wanted to show the recipients of the boxes that it was possible to use the small amount of paper.  And that even though it was rolled pretty tight a card was possible.  I can't see the glitter on the snowflakes, but I did Stickle them.

Advent Calendar

I'm so excited to share this with you.  It took me close to 10 days to get these done.  I made 14 Advent Calendars using match boxes.  It was a lot of work but worth it.  10 of the boxes are for my Stampin' Club friends, one is for another good friends and the last 3 where slightly different are for my mom and sisters.  If you are a recipient of one of these boxes don't look at the last picture!!!!

Someone sent me the link and this lady is making 25 Holiday Cards over several weeks.  I've now watched 6 of the videos and her cards are really cute.  And more importantly they seem easy to make.  Here's the link to the first day...

Stampin' Club

WOW...another great day at Stampin' Club!!  Kathy had some fabulous ideas for us to do.  I really liked this first card...it's a bit hard to see in the picture but the middle ornament was done on some shiny paper.  I also really like the flower die-cut in the second card...what an easy card to make!

Christmas Stamp a Stack

On Friday night I had the opportunity to go to a wonderful Christmas Stamp a Stack.  We made 5 cards of each design.  I can't pick a favorite...I love them all.  All the designs are by Kathy.

As part of the night's activity we also got to make this lovely holiday frame.  It was so easy to make that I'm going to steal this idea and make them for the kids teachers.

This card was for a challenge over at From C to Shining C.  There was a sketch to follow (shown below).  We had to make a Fall or Thanksgiving card and use ink or chalk as well as use buttons on it.  Seeing as Thanksgiving is finished here I choose to do the Fall theme.
