3rd Birthday Fun Card

I wanted to make a fun card for our friend's daughter's 3rd birthday.  I didn't know what I wanted to do, all I did know is that she really likes Cinderella.  Of course I didn't have much in the way of Cinderella, I could only find some tiny little stickers.  So I started there.  I remembered that I had some slide holders that I had picked up at Paper Pastimes.  And from there this is the "card" I created.

Teacher Thank You Cards

I am really excited to be sharing these cards.  I didn't know what I was going to do with my year end teacher cards.  I had decided on my paper and that I was going to use Magnolia images, but that was about it.  I started going through my cricut cartridges to see what there was there that indicated school.  I pulled out the Locker Talk cartridge and came up with a card.  I decided to make all the cards using the same layout.  I was so pleased with the final results.

So, here goes 5 different, but similar cards.

Pretty in Pink

This is a really simple card.  I had some leftover paper which I really like and thought I'd try to use it up.  I also wanted to try and work on figuring out how to do the shadowing in my colouring.  I'm pleased with the results, but you know what they say...practice, practice and practice!!
