3 Step Card and Birthday Celebration

The challenge this month over at ScorPalPals is to create a 3 Step Card.  So, far I've seen two versions of this card and after making this card I've tried both versions.  I think the card is just another way to be extra special.  I found both card ways of making the card a bit time consuming, but once you figure it out the first time it should go pretty fast the next time.  The directions for this card can be found here.  I also wanted to participate in the Color Me Creative's 3 Birthday Party and the theme was Celebrate.

The Colour Red and Some Cake

I saw this image a few months back and I just had to have it.  I think it's such a fun stamp.  But who knew that I would think it was a bit hard to colour.  I think my problem was the fun paper I wanted to use for the card and then wanting to use the colour red for the Color Me Creative challenge.

Thank You Card - Shaped Easel

Yes, it's another Shaped Easel card!!!  I love the look of these cards and I have several Nestabilities, so why not make lots of shaped easel cards??  I also think this is a really cute stamp from Stamping Bella and it's really quick to colour, which I like.

Easel Birthday Card

This is my first card of 2013!!!  Wow...a whole week has already passed and I didn't craft a thing...lol.  My daughter is going to a birthday party on the weekend and she wanted to have a fun card.  She is very particular about what image she wants on the card and even the colours of the paper.  I hope this one will be what she is looking for!!

Birthday Rocking Card

I recently made a Rocking card and I thought it was just a super fun card.  So, I thought I'd make another one for a party that my daughter was going to.  I really had fun making this card.  I've had the paper in my stash for quite some time and was inspired to use it.

Thank You Card for Dance Teacher

Lately, everything seems to be done at the last minute and this card is no exception.  I made this in the hours before it was time to leave for Chloe's last dance class.  For this card I went straight to my scraps box, it sure felt great to be using some of the scraps I've been collecting!!
