Yet another Center Step Card

I'm really starting to think that the Center Step card is my favorite right now.  I've made so many of them recently.  I just think that they are easy to make and they add a little interest to the card.






Supplies: All Stampin' Up - Paper: DSP (??), Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue, So Saffron; Punch: Decorative Label, Scallop Circle, 1 1/4" Circle, Lace Ribbon, Scallop Trim; Embossing Folder: Perfect Polka Dots; Stamps: Itty Bitty Backgrounds & Pursuit of Happiness; Embossing Powder: Pewter; Misc: Crystal Effects & Star Brad
