Dinner Tilda Birthday Card

I needed birthday card for my mother in-law.  And I had just finished making a card for an exchange and had some paper left over.  I changed the ribbon and added some pearls.  I also put some Stickles to bling up the necklace and the bottom corner flowers.

    Another gorgeous card. I love the ribbon treatment on thei one and this finished inside has a sentiment in it that I can peek at! Beautiuflly colored and delightful!
